Punakaiki Fund share offer now open for applications

Auckland, 2 September, 2013 — Punakaiki Fund, which intends to invest in Internet, technology and design-led businesses, is open for investment applications.

“We are delighted to be open for business, especially as we have just reached over 600 potential public investors expressing an interest in investing over $9 million,” said Punakaiki Fund director Lance Wiggs.

Punakaiki Fund’s combined investment statement and prospectus (Offer Document) is available for download from punakaikifund.co.nz. Investors can also request a printed copy of the Offer Document by contacting Punakaiki Fund or through the website. Applications for subscriptions may be made online, through brokers or by posting the application form contained in the Offer Document.

Punakaiki Fund has appointed Lance Wiggs Capital Management (LWCM) to manage the company’s investments.

LWCM principals Lance Wiggs and Chris Humphreys are touring New Zealand during September and are available to present and answer questions from potential investors in private and public forums.

“As we travel the country we continue to see strong support from potential investors, and also even more evidence that there are a very large number of potentially investable opportunities across New Zealand,” said Wiggs. “This week we are in the deep south, starting with Invercargill today, Monday, and working our way to Queenstown and Wanaka later in the week.”

Potential investors in Dunedin are invited to attend a public presentation about Punakaiki Fund on Tuesday 3rd September, at the Centre for Innovation, from 5:30pm. The roadshow dates can be seen at punakaikifund.co.nz/Roadshow.php.

Punakaiki Fund is aiming to raise between $20 to $50 million, with a minimum investment amount of $2,000, and a share price of $1.
